Diamonds
This morning I looked out my window and was mesmerized. It wasn't fresh snow all over the ground or even a rainbow. It was rain-soaked spring leaves glowing in the morning sunlight. But not just glowing--glistening.
And it looks like grace to me. I am just a rain-soaked leaf, weighed down by tears and failures and fears. But when the light of Jesus' grace shines on me, I become a glistening diamond. His grace changes everything. In fact, His sunlight-power works best in my rain-soaked weakness. (2 Cor. 12:9)

That was beautiful. Thank you for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteOh Southeast, how you slay me. I'm pretty sure God lives in the Southeast more so than some other places. ;)
