An ominous number of miles to go on I-40 through the Southwest on Monday.

 We ate at Burger Hut on Route 66 in Needles, CA for lunch on Monday, because my mom remembered a lady who used to speak for campmeeting who used to run this place and witness to people.  We found out that she died, but my mom met this guy who was one of many kids she used to take

to Sabbath School every week.  The lady's name was Irene McCrary, by the way.

Saying goodbye to some Fishers in Tulsa, OK Wednesday morning after a lovely, but short, stay at the farm.

 My roommate Sonya misses me today.
