Your ways are higher.

You see what I cannot see.

You know my deepest desires,

Like an expert, walking around in my heart.

It is You who gives them

And You who defines them.

Whether trial or triumph,

Disappointment or hope –

I see You first –

And then rest.

And though I surrender a thousand times

In a single day,

It's never too much

For the reward of being with You.
