Two Weeks Notice

It's time for a new year and a new start.  I've decided for my "new start," I'm going to take a two-week break from as much of the internet as possible, starting January 1, 2014.  Of course, my job requires email, and I've also managed to intertwine myself in about 12 groups on facebook, but I think facebook can at least live without me for two weeks.  If you are my friend on facebook, I just want you to know that I have not deleted you as a friend.  I've deleted myself...for a little while. :)

I don't really feel like making any speeches about why everyone should do this.  This is just something I think I need to do to refocus on Jesus with fewer distractions.  But feel free to email, call, or visit in person!  I'm not joining a convent or becoming a hermit.  :)

In case I need a reminder, here are a few things I hope to do during my internet break:
- Reading
- Writing
- 'Rithmatic (just kidding)
- Praying
- Listening
- Probably talking on the phone some
- Exercising
- Practicing my ukulele
- Maybe some video-editing, if I get really bored
- Catching up on my budget
- And whatever else comes along
